Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy for Overlanding Unlimited

At Overlanding Unlimited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale or clearance items (as marked on the product page)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Item: Place the item in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ensure it is securely packaged.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of [percentage, if applicable] may apply to some items; this will be communicated during the return process if applicable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please contact us to discuss the item you’d like to receive in place of your original purchase. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and any difference in price will be billed or refunded accordingly.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products may not be returnable once opened. This includes:

  • Opened or used camping cookware, food products, and other consumables.
  • Items marked “final sale” on the product page.
